We believe it's important to disclose pricing upfront to save you time in deciding on your wedding venue! We know the amount of money you spend on your venue is a big deal when it comes to planning your big day so we share our pricing with you before we even say hello!
2025 Pricing Breakdown
Monday-Thursday
From $2000
Weekday rentals are 9am-10pm and limited to 100 people maximum.
Saturday
From $4500
Enjoy a full day rental with us from 9am-11pm with tables and chairs included for up to 300 guests with the option to purchase additional seating.
Friday or Sunday
From $4000

Am I able to have a rehearsal?
Yes! You are able to reserve the full day before your wedding for an additional $1500. The rehearsal day would include a 9am-8pm rental to setup, decorate, rehearse, and have dinner with your bridal party and family. Many couples cater food in and enjoy the day setting up for the wedding! If you would only like a few hours of time, you are able to reserve the day before for 4 hours for $500. This is only available within 90 days of your wedding so we suggest the full day rental at time of booking so the day before your wedding doesn't become unavailable.
Do you provide setup/cleanup?
Yes! For an additional $500, we have a team that can come in and setup your tables and chairs before the wedding and then we can clean the building after your event so you don't have to. Many brides love this service so they don't have to ask their family and friends to clean up after the event is over.
How much is an outdoor ceremony?
We charge $250 to get married outdoors due to having separate chairs indoors and out. We will set these up for you if you pay for the setup/cleanup service. If not, you are required to set them up before the ceremony on the day of the wedding. We will tear down the chairs at the end of the wedding!
How much is bartending?
You’ll pay a $500 deposit to guarantee alcohol at your event, pay for your bartenders, and cover insurance. Then you get to decide how much you want to spend after that. You can do a cash or open bar and you have free reign to design the menu with our lead bartender and create custom drinks! Expect to pay around ~$15/guest on alcohol.
